Peril awaited!

Hark! A quest!

Our brave, daring bus drivers embarked on a quest into the unknown at the crack 'o dawn today, unaware that danger and peril awaited.

Alas! No sooner had we passed that mystical metropolis Two Guns than our trusty steed upon which we pinned our hopes came to a screeching halt. Not a breath whispered from her.

We took a side path at the very last wheeze.

A committee thus was held to determine the optimized method of assembling our advanced warning system, discovering in the process the answer to the question, "Forsooth! How many valient squires does it take to square up a triangle?"
We realized we didn't have a leg to stand on.

Finally, breath was breathed back into our trusty steed and we packed up our collision avoidance system, ensuring safe passage onward thence to the holy land of Holbrookshire.

Our mission accomplished, we rested our weary bones at a wayside inn before returning to our beloved hearth and home.

Coming along

The ol' office is coming along. The carpet is nearly finished being installed. Tiling of the lounge is next. I believe that Paint wants to touch up after the carpet and tiling are all done. Then we can move our stuff back in. Will that be on a Friday? or a Monday? Stay tuned!

Time cards
Reminder that time cards are due in the morning of Friday, 29 May 2009.

Bar-B-Que
If the weather cooperates, we will BBQ Friday around noon. We will paint lines if it is warm enough before that.

Bus plus

It's a truck. No, it's a bus. No, it's a truck. No, it's ...

Ace displayed

Not even the Ace of Spades could be slipped into this sliver of a spot. Skillz displayed by 84. Reflection by 78.

Fates were smiling

You know how when you wash your car it rains? Outdoor painting is not exempt, either. But the Fates were smiling on us today.

Then we all tackled the van box. From left, 61, 74, 91 and 98.

When it was slipped that painting only paid $4/hour, we thought they would mutiny. (jk)

A pause before returning to painting lines. From left, 79, 74 & 84.

Nearly complete.
Luck held ... ground stayed dry.
Good job today, thanks for the great work!
